Local Delivery:  Deliveries are free within  35 km of Gatineau with a $30.00 purchase.

Shipping:  Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) Monday - Friday. After payment has been received. If there will be any delay in this turnaround time, we will contact you by email to let you know.

Carriers: We use Canada Post carrier to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking:  When you order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number later that day.  We will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and  your location.  Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.  

For orders over $100, we will ship your order free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping  Address:  If the senders address is incorrect due to our fault, we will  reship the items at our cost.  If the address is incomplete or incorrect due to the customer's error, the customer  has the choice of returning  the items and receiving a refund minus the cost of shipping the items back to us. Or the customer  can have  the items reshipped and pay the additional costs of the items being shipping  back to us and then being shipped out again.
